Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and emerging digital ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on future-readiness
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and geopolitical shifts affecting digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching successful futuristic initiatives (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on disruptive technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate visionary concepts
