Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Identify and evaluate disruptive innovations through market analysis and patent research
- Develop implementation roadmaps aligning emerging tech with business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite to present tech vision to investors and board members
- Build and mentor cross-functional innovation teams
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor regulatory shifts affecting future tech deployment
- Produce annual 'Tech Horizons' reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching at least 2 disruptive tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or Web3
- Certifications in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or Technology Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global partnerships
