Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market opportunities

- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience building and scaling high-impact tech teams in fast-paced environments
