Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating emerging technologies with market needs
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build and manage a network of academic, startup, and industry collaborators
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with real-world impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/IoT)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
