Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with quantum computing and AI evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech disruptors (biotech, nanotech, climate tech)
- Architect scalable systems for decentralized web infrastructure (Web3.0)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Drive innovation through $5M annual R&D budget allocation
- Partner with academic institutions for joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- Published research in quantum computing or neural networks
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-grade AI systems
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 protocols (blockchain, smart contracts)
- Certification in quantum computing (e.g., IBM Quantum) or equivalent
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
