- Lead Infrastructure Modernization: Spearhead the migration of legacy systems to scalable, microservices-based cloud environments, optimizing for performance and security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, product, and operations teams to align on architectural standards and project timelines.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with key technology partners, ensuring contracts align with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and regulatory hurdles, implementing proactive solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Innovation Implementation: Research and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing) to enhance our competitive edge leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, architecture, or strategic IT planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and large-scale system integration.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and successfully executing complex transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
