Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the long-term strategic planning process to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) that will drive business growth by 2026.
- Innovation Prototyping: Spearhead pilot programs and feasibility studies for experimental technologies, turning abstract concepts into viable product roadmaps.
- Market Foresight: Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to mitigate risks and capitalize on new opportunities before they become mainstream.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Legal, and Design teams to ensure that futuristic visions are ethically sound and technically feasible.
- Thought Leadership: Publish white papers and speak at industry conferences to establish Lumina Future Systems as the authority on the 2026 technological horizon.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity or executive advisory capacity.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging computing paradigms (e.g., Quantum, Neuromorphic).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable business strategies for a diverse audience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, with a history of engaging with high-level stakeholders and investors.
