- Oversee R&D budget allocation for breakthrough innovation projects
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary AI algorithms and quantum architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record leading AI/quantum projects at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE on quantum algorithms
- Deep expertise in neuromorphic computing and generative adversarial networks
- Experience securing $50M+ in venture capital for tech initiatives
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act compliance)
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
