- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate future tech into current roadmaps
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for our business
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for pilot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience building cross-functional tech ecosystems and partnerships
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
