Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-focused pilots and prototypes
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting our 2026 vision
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and future-focused workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in future technology or strategy publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM)
