Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Research & Development (R&D) initiatives in Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate futuristic solutions into product lines.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to forecast technology adoption rates and shifts.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technical strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, machine learning principles, and quantum computing basics.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact innovation projects from concept to execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
