- Research & Development Leadership: Oversee pilot programs for bleeding-edge technologies, evaluating their feasibility and ROI for immediate implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and engineering teams.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on competitor capabilities and emerging tech startups to maintain our market advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or strategic technology consulting.
