Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap with a focus on the 2026 strategic horizon.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead high-level research initiatives and produce white papers on future tech trends for stakeholders and investors.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leadership to align innovation goals with business objectives.
- Manage a budget for experimental projects and innovation pilots.
- Mentor a team of futurists and strategy analysts to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, R&D management, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Future Studies is a plus.
