Responsibilities

- Emerging Tech Analysis: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, such as AI, quantum computing, and advanced automation, to drive operational efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives to prototype and validate future tech solutions before large-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of tech initiatives.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry shifts and competitor advancements to inform strategic pivots and innovation.
- Change Management: Drive organizational adoption of new technologies, providing training and support to internal teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with a focus on innovation.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Blockchain, IoT) with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to completion.
