Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the company, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and advanced automation.
- Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify high-potential emerging technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the proof-of-concept phase of new technologies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Establish partnerships with key industry players, startups, and research institutions.
- Manage the technology roadmap, ensuring resource allocation and timeline adherence.
- Advocate for ethical AI and sustainable tech practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a strategic technology leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, IoT, and Cloud Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Technology Strategy (CSM) are a plus.
