Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature or Science journals on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech innovation
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three paradigm-shifting technological prototypes
