Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futurism preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Experience with DARPA/EU Horizon projects advantageous
