Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation horizons
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodology frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology implementations or thought leadership
