- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for next-gen breakthroughs
- Present future-vision roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical implications on innovation
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technology adoption success stories
