Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to inform corporate innovation strategy
- Develop and execute proof-of-concept projects for next-generation technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business objectives
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab focused on future-state solutions
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and iteration
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused technical and strategic skills
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certifications in strategic innovation (e.g., CTO, CIO) highly valued
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder management
