- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present actionable insights to C-suite through data-driven scenario planning and risk assessment
- Drive pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing technology transition strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, futures research methodologies, and trend analysis
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, academic R&D, venture capital)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping environments
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) a plus
