Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic integration
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems to identify competitive threats and opportunities
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology Management
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executives
- Certification in strategic planning or technology innovation (e.g., CIO, CDMP) preferred
