Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) and their market implications
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee innovation labs and prototype development for futuristic solutions
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Forecast industry disruption scenarios and prepare mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in futuristic technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
