Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, identifying disruptive innovations across quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into enterprise solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-gen tech adoption
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and patent development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech into business value
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published research or patents in high-impact journals/conferences
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
