- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and ideation sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in future-casting methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
