Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, decentralized systems, and climate-tech innovations
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and responsible innovation practices
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in IEEE/Nature
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI projects from prototype to production
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or carbon capture technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Security clearance or ability to obtain one (for sensitive projects)
