- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and innovation pipeline development
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in market research tools (e.g., Gartner, CB Insights)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS) or innovation management preferred
