Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web4.0, neurotech, climate tech) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified Innovation Management or equivalent credentials
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech implementations
