Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants through strategic partnerships

- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ emerging tech deployments
- Proven track record securing $1M+ in innovation funding
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, carbon-neutral tech
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
