Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead incubation of moonshot projects with $5M+ innovation budgets
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market disruption opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous system deployment
- Drive adoption of Web3.0 infrastructure and decentralized protocols
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-7 year adoption windows
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling SaaS or hardware products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural networks, or blockchain
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature on future tech implications
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from Singularity University)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech commercialization cycles
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, or equivalent for prototyping validation
