Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Identify and validate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR) with commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives integrating futuristic solutions into product ecosystems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board with data-driven ROI projections
- Build partnerships with academic labs and startups for technology scouting

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
