Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems) for strategic adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Design and execute pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into customer solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for technology adoption and innovation impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
