- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts in 2026+ landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present future-vision frameworks to investors and executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/blockchain/IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong quantitative/qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., Prosci, HPI) preferred
