Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience in emerging tech forecasting and roadmap development
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling and scenario planning
- Executive communication skills with ability to influence C-level decision makers
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
