- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our advanced innovation labs
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable technology adoption and ethical AI deployment
- Forge strategic partnerships with global research institutions (MIT, CERN, Stanford) and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and technology adoption curves
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent patents
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams with 50+ direct reports
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent executive credential
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policies and ethical AI frameworks
