Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers to deliver breakthrough innovations
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to identify and acquire promising startups in the 2026 tech ecosystem
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of technology initiatives on business objectives
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ years)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and securing stakeholder buy-in
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CIO) preferred
