- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for complex projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, CFTe) preferred
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 20 to 200+ professionals
