- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration models
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Author white papers on sustainable tech adoption and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq) and ML frameworks
- Experience with climate tech impact modeling and ESG integration
- Strategic consulting background with Big 4 or top-tier tech firms
