- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic frameworks to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Build partnerships with research labs and academic institutions for R&D acceleration
- Quantify ROI of futuristic technologies through scenario modeling and market simulations
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of at least two disruptive domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
