Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to assess market viability and strategic alignment
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps with clear milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into existing product ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with tech pioneers, academic institutions, and venture capital partners
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of technological curiosity and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and translating them into actionable strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem preferred
