Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast their impact on industry landscapes by 2026
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present technology strategy insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations and product ecosystems
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and policy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
