Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026+ technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify, assess, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and technology disruption analyses
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Drive culture of innovation through internal workshops and technology evangelism
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term strategic forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CDT) a plus
