Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI of experimental technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on tech trends and future-proofing business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing past innovation projects and their business impact
