Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing solutions
- Certified in Tech Foresight Methodology (TFM) and Ethical AI
- Experience with EU AI Act and global regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
