Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Strong financial modeling skills for ROI projection of long-term investments
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning for disruptive technology shifts
- Excellent stakeholder management across executive and technical teams
- MBA or Master's in Technology/Engineering preferred
