Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Research and evaluate disruptive technologies through pilot programs and market testing
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption timelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Oversee technology ethics frameworks and responsible innovation guidelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven experience in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or cybersecurity
- Track record of launching successful technology transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology strategy frameworks preferred
