Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and prioritize future-focused initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform long-term technology investments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology startups and research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in successfully implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and technology adoption frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with business acumen
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
