Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Computer Science preferred
- Strong background in scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences
