Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-5 year strategic technology roadmap aligned with 2026 industry trends
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) into core business functions
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to market implementation
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies to maintain first-mover advantages
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and tech startups
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, IoT)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (papers, patents, keynotes)
