Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Translate emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) into commercial applications
- Author whitepapers on ethical AI frameworks and responsible automation
- Secure $5M+ in government grants for future-tech R&D initiatives
- Mentor 10+ futurists in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions (e.g., published in Nature/Science)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
- Experience securing federal grants (SBIR, DARPA) or venture capital for deep tech
- Strong network with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich preferred)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or sustainable technology
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
